Shipping Policy 

At Signature Shelves, we are committed to making the delivery of your custom shelf simple and reliable. Please review the following details regarding our shipping policy.

Order Processing

• All shelves are made to order.

• Standard processing time is 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
   

Shipping Area

• We currently ship within Ontario only.

• Orders outside Ontario cannot be fulfilled at this time.
   

Shipping Rates

• Flat-rate shipping of $20 CAD applies to all orders within Ontario.

Delivery Timeframes

• Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days once the order has been shipped.

• Tracking information will be provided, but please allow up to 48 hours for updates to appear.

• If delivery is delayed beyond 10 business days from shipment, please contact us at signature.shelves@gmail.com with your name and order number.
   

Order Changes and Cancellations

• Once an order is placed, modifications cannot be guaranteed.

• Cancellations after processing are subject to a 3% payment processing fee.

• Orders refused or canceled during transit will incur round-trip shipping costs plus a 3% fee.
   

Large Orders

• Larger orders may require palletized shipping with curbside delivery and scheduled appointment.

• The carrier will provide a delivery window and lower the pallet at curbside.

• Please note: carriers are not responsible for unpacking or disposal of packaging.
   

Shipping Damages

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at signature.shelves@gmail.com.

• Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.

• We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly, offering replacements or refunds where applicable.
   

Returns and Refunds

• We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

• Refunds will be issued after inspection within 5–7 business days.

• Custom shelves with personalized engravings are non-refundable unless defective.
