Full Contest Rules — For Something That Matters Giveaway

The giveaway is organized by Signature Shelves, Ontario, Canada.

Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario, Canada.
     

  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
     

  • Employees of Signature Shelves and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

    Only genuine, personal accounts are eligible to win. Giveaway or spam accounts will not be considered.

Contest Period

  • The giveaway runs from September 22, 2025 at 12:01 AM EST until September 28, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.

  • Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
     

How to Enter
To participate, entrants must:

  1. Follow @signature.shelves on Instagram.
     

  2. Comment on the giveaway post, describing an object, memory, or ritual that matters to them.
     

  3. Share the giveaway post to their Instagram Stories and tag @signature.shelves.
     

Participation is free. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Prizes

  • There are three (3) prizes available to be won.
     

  • Each prize consists of one (1) custom-made Signature Shelves floating oak shelf, made to order with the following specifications:
     

    • Size: 24×12 inches (depth adjusted to winner’s needs)
       

    • Finish: chosen by the winner from available options
       

    • Personal engraving of the winner’s choice
       

    • Delivery and professional installation included
       

  • The approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize is $400 CAD.
     

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
     

Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected based on the most heartfelt and meaningful stories shared in the comments.
     

  • Selection will be made by Signature Shelves within 5 days after the contest closes.
     

  • Winners will be announced in Signature Shelves’ Instagram Stories and contacted directly via Instagram DM.
     

  • If a winner does not respond within 5 days of being contacted, a new winner will be selected.
     

Delivery of Prizes

  • Prizes will be delivered and installed at the winner’s residence or business within the GTA.
     

  • Signature Shelves will coordinate directly with each winner to schedule installation.
     

Liability

  • By participating, entrants release Instagram and Signature Shelves from any liability related to the contest.
     

  • This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
     

Privacy

  • Personal information collected (e.g., name, address for delivery) will be used solely for the purposes of administering the contest and delivering the prize.
     

  • Information will not be shared with third parties.
     

Governing Law

  • This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws in Ontario, Canada.
